yes we accept returns as per listing terms and as long as we have received the item within 7 days.
Ebay has changed the way it processes returns.
Please goto Customer Support which should show on MOST ebay pages.
Type in the help bar RETURN ITEM
This should bring up a button at some point saying RETURN AN ITEM.
When you click the button it should show your purchases and then you can choose the correct item.
The link below should take you to Ebay customer support BUT they do like to change things.
We cannot process a refund on ebay without you completing their returns process.
Please enclose any bags, boxes if you are returning an entire order.
If you are returning a part of an order please make sure the item(s) are packaged well as anything damaged in transit has to be claimed for by the sender. IE yourself & we cannot refund.
Please note that we will refund the product value returned and cannot refund postage.
Please enclose a note with your invoice number & whether you purchased via our website,Amazon or Ebay.
If we don't know who the item is from we can't give a refund.
Please obtain proof of postage.Sadly if it becomes lost in the post the postal service will only give compensation to the sender IE you.
