| Q:Where are you located and how can we contact you? |

| A:Our business offices are located in Central Florida. We have several warehouses, located throughout the United States, that we ship product from. We can be contacted toll free at 1-877-951-9100 during regular business hours (Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard time). |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:We combine shipping, when we are able to, on some items. Because not all of our items ship from the same warehouse, we may not be able to always combine shipping. eBay does not automatically combine shipping for us, we must do it manually. Please let us know when you are done shopping and we will send a combined invoice, if your items qualify. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Most orders leave our warehouses with 24 to 48 business hours of confirmed payment. If an item is going to take longer than 7 days to ship, you will be notified as soon as possible to let you know. This rarely happens however. You will receive a shipping notification by email to inform you of your shipment by the day after the item ships. |
| Q:How much is the shipping and handling charge? |

| A:All shipping charges are clearly noted in our ad listings. Please review the listing for the shipping charges on your item. For some larger pieces of equipment we use calculated shipping. You may need to enter your zip code in the calcuator to determine the correct shipping to your location. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:No, at this time, we are unable to ship outside of the United States. Some of our larger items are only able to ship to the lower 48 states. |
| Q:Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska? |
|
| A:Shipping charges shown in our ad are for the lower 48 states only! We are able to ship some of our smaller items to Alaska or Hawaii. Larger items must ship by UPS, rather than Postal, and shipping charges can be quite high to these two states, therefore we ask that you request a custom quote on shipping, before bidding or buying, to get your cost. |
| Q:Do you offer local pickup? |

| A:No. We do not offer local pickup on our items at this time. Sorry, no exceptions. |
