Payment Policy
- We accept VISA,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and eChecks by PayPal. Payment or contact regarding payment
must be received within seven (7) days of the end of the
auction. Winner can use
the PayPal checkout system or secure online checkout page to pay for their purchases.
- Winner agrees to pay shipping and
handling charges shown in the ad itself, or based on the shipping
calculator provided with the ad. Please view or calculate
your shipping charges BEFORE bidding. All shipments
must ship to a confirmed, physical address in the United
States only - NO PO BOXES and NO UNCONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESSES
or APO/FPO ADDRESSES!
Shipping
- Shipping fees and return shipping
charges are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Most items ship within 24 to 48 business hours,
however some may take longer. In the event that shipping
will take longer than seven (7) days you will be contacted
via email.
- Insurance is optional (unless it
is stated as required in the listing itself) and at the buyer's
expense. We will not be responsible for uninsured items once
they have shipped. Should items be damaged in shipping buyer
will need to make claim with carrier, if insurance was purchased.
- Winner agrees to pay shipping and
handling charges shown in the ad itself or based on the shipping
calculator or shipping charges provided with the ad. Please
view or calculate your shipping charges BEFORE bidding.
Please note that on our larger office equipment items, shipping
to Alaska and Hawaii is additional. Please contact us for
quotes. All shipments must ship to a confirmed, physical
United States address. Sorry, we cannot ship some items to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses, so be sure to ask before bidding or buying.
Merchandise
Policy
- We do not make any guarantees
on the functionality of items, unless otherwise stated.
The condition, to the best of our knowledge, will be stated
in the ad listing for the product. We will not be held liable for
any incidental or consquential damages related to the use/misuse
of this item under any circumstances.
- Item guaranteed to be in condition
described in ad. Exchanges will be made on defective items
only after manufacturer has been contacted and deemed item
defective. We will replace the defective item with a new one,
if we have it in stock. No cash refunds, unless we are unable to replace the item. See our Return
Policy page for more information.
Auction Terms
- If you need additional information
or have any questions, please contact us BEFORE placing
your bid.
- Bidders with a less
than "2" feedback rating must contact us before
bidding on items over $25.00. We reserve the right to
cancel bids for less than "2" feedback rating.
- All cancellations are
subject to a 15% cancellation fee or $25.00, whichever is
less. Once fee is paid we will file "mutually agreed
not to complete transaction" with eBay to recover our
seller's fees. If you cancel order and DO NOT pay cancellation
fee we may, at our option, file NPB (non-paying bidder) with
eBay, which could negatively impact your standing with them.
(3 NPB filed against a buyer will get them suspended from
trading on eBay!)
- By bidding or purchasing
our items with "Buy It Now" you are stating that
you agree to all of our terms of sale shown on this page and
in the listing itself.
Feedback
Policy
- Due the large volume of sales that we have
on various auction sites, we have adopted a feedback policy
that seems to work for both our customers and us. If you are satisfied with your transaction
with us, please leave your comment on our file and our automated system will reciprocate in kind. Please understand that we do NOT hold feedback "hostage," we simply use an automated system to free up our time to deal with things like making sure packages ship in a timely fashion, that we are able to offer customer service to our customers as needed, and to generally keep things running smoothly around here. eBay is not the only venue that we sell on, and we are small company, so all the automation we can get is wonderful. Also be aware that sellers can no longer leave negative feedback for buyers anyway!

please contact us so we can work out any issues you may be having. We value our customers and are more than happy to help with problems, in the unlikely case that they should occur. Customer satisfaction
is very important to us!
- Please only bid or purchase if
you are serious. Non-paying bidders cost sellers time and
