| All payments must be received within 7 days from the commitment to buy. If no payment is received, the item will be re-listed and a non-paying bidder claim filed. Shipping |
| Items usually ship within two business days of receiving your confirmed payment. Shipments are usually made by United States Postal Service. All charges include shipping and handling. |
| Domestic: We offer flat rate shipping charges and discounts for multiple purchases. COD, third party billing and local pick-up are not available. |
| International: Currently we are only making international shipments to Canada. We do offer flat rate shipping and discounts for multiple purchases. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Sorry, we will not mark purchases as gifts. It is illegal to evade custom charges by marking items as gifts. The total price for the item(s) will be the amount used on international shipping forms. No exceptions will be made. |
| Combined Shipping: Discounted combined shipping is available. We are happy to offer combined shipping if items purchased and paid for on the same business day are going to the same address. |
| Lost or Damage: We securely package all items and send them by reliable carrier. We have included tools that help track your package and if anything should happen we will do all we can to support your inquires with the carrier. However, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they are mailed. Therefore we offer an insurance option and encourage you to include this in your purchase. |
Return Policy |
| Full refunds are cheerfully offered within 7 days for domestic shipments, 14 days for international customers. The item must be in the original package with tags in place. We cannot accept items that have been used, worn or washed. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. During return the item purchased is the responsibility of the buyer. |
