Q1: I have a few items to bid on.  Can I wait to pay together for shipping discount?

A1: Sure.  Please DO NOT pay until u finish.

Q2: Can I ask for different lengths?

A2: Yes.  If I have extra beads, I'll can add more beads.  If I do not have extra beads, I can use spacer beads at the end. Just do the normal shopping. After you finish, pls ask for alteration invoice BEFORE BEFORE you pay.

Q3: If I want to use Courier service, Do I use courier shippign rate for each item? Or just pay courier shipping for one item?

A3: Courier shipping is only charged once per package.  Other items use nornmal shipping rate less shipping discount.

Q4: Can I get exact item in photo?

A4: Sorry no.  I use same photo for each batch of beads to save photo cost and pass on to customers.  If the item said "exact item as photo". then you get exact item in photo.  But only for a few items in my store.

Q5: Why is shipping not discounted when I check out?

A5: eBay cannot calculate shipping discount my way.  Please wait for my invoice.

Q6: Why do I get multiple invoices in different currencies?  Can you combine them into one?

A6: Sorry, eBay cannot combine different currenciy items in one invoice.  Pls pay seperately and paypal can convert currency at pay time.

Q7: Other than paypal, what other payment do you take?

A7: I can take INTERNATIONAL money order and bank transfer to hong kong.  But there is an extra processing charge USD6 by the bank. Pls emai me BEFORE you proceed.
