FedEx SmartPost is a delivery service by FedEx where the U.S. Postal Service® (USPS) is used for final delivery. FedEx SmartPost reaches every U.S. address, including P.O. boxes.
Where is my package I don't see any movement?
Please allow 2-3 business days for shipment activity and tracking updates. We ship via FedEx SmartPost and it may seem like there is no activity or updates however for more tracking capabilities you can visit www.fedex.com.
Can I have my item shipped to another address other than my PayPal confirmed address?
Yes, if you would like your item shipped to another address other than your PayPal address please change it during checkout. We do not change addresses via email.
How do I change my address after I have already checked out?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the address.
Do you accept credit cards?
We only accept credit cards through PayPal.
Can I pay over the phone?
