What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of PayPal payment.
What are your shipping policies?
We ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment.
We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
We only ship to the 48 contiguous States.
We do not ship to international addresses.
We do not change your shipping address by email. Please make sure your address is correct before checking out and making payment.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14 day return policy. If your item is defective within the specified return period of 14 days, we will replace it at no charge with the same or similar model. If you have ordered the wrong item or for any reason or you are not happy with what you have purchased, you can return it as long as the item is not used, in its original condition with its original packaging and is within the 14 day return period. There is a 15% restocking fee on non-defective products. The original purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees.
Does the item come with a warranty?
All of our items come with the product manufacturer's warranty card. We kindly ask that you contact the manufacturer at the (phone number, email, or website), listed on the warranty card before contacting us. Please contact us regarding warranty concerns or questions if not able to receive assistance from the manufacturer of the item that you have purchased.
