was damaged in transit.
A detailed email will be sent to you giving you specific instructions
along with a form to be included in your return package to us; we
will reimburse you the return shipping cost & ship you a new
item just as soon as we receive the item back from you.
Exchange:
Contact us within 14 days if for any reason you do not want the item
you ordered and you want to exchange it for something else in our
store. Please do not open the box; you will be responsible for paying
for the cost to return it to us along with the cost for us to ship
you another item.
Refund:
We stand behind our products 100% and we offer a full refund (minus
our shipping costs) for 14 days from the date delivered. Please do
not open the box; you will be responsible for paying for the cost
to return the item to us.
We offer
returns, refunds & exchanges on unopened merchandise only. All
warranties & guaranties are void if box is opened & merchandise
