always try our best to give our customers the most cost-effective and reliable shipping
services available. If you are looking at an item and would like us to

Payment Information
USA Customers
International Customers
Payment Methods: We accept Paypal and
Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American
Express.
To pay with a Credit Card outside of Paypal, please call
our main store during normal business hours. The main
store number is (716) 625-8877.
Due to eBay policies, we are no longer able to accept
payments by M/O or Personal Check.
Bank-to-Bank transfers are
NOT Accepted.
Please note: For security reasons, orders
that are paid for by credit card over the phone will only be shipped to the
card holder's
billing address.
Payment Methods: We currently only accept PayPal
as a payment method
for all international purchases.
We do not ship world-wide, but we can ship to many locations across
the globe, depending on the destination and the item being purchased.
In general, if an auction shows shipping to Canada, we will also ship that
item to other international addresses.
Please contact us if you would like shipping prices for locations
outside the USA and Canada.
United States Shipping
All orders shipping within the United
States will be shipped via
UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail service, unless otherwise noted
on the individual
auction page.
Please note:on combined orders
we reserve the right to ship the items by whatever means is most
appropriate.
Auction items with
Flat Rate or Free shipping
are for the 48 Continental United States only; additional shipping may be
required for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Shipping prices include all shipping and
handling charges.
New York State law requires that we collect sales
tax on any orders shipped to addresses within New York.
Express shipping may be available to your
location for an additional charge (contact us for a price quote).

International Shipping
Please Note: UPS
charges a brokerage fee to international locations.
Our auctions currently only provide
international shipping prices for packages going to Canada. If you are
an international customer outside of Canada and are interested in one of our auction items,
please contact us before placing a bid.
By default, the majority of international packages
will
be shipped via
USPSPriority Mail International. UPS to Canada is not
normally an option due to high brokerage fees, but we can make an
exception if you request it.
Auction items with
Flat Rate or Free shipping
are for the 48 Continental United States only. Please review the
shipping costs to Canada before placing any bids.
Shipping time: International shipments
normally take between 6 to 12 business days (1 to 2 Weeks), but they can be held up
by
Canadian Customs and may take longer. In some rare instances, due to
excessive delays with Customs, a package could take as long as 4 weeks to
arrive.
Due to the laws within the United States, we
cannot
mark any package as a "Gift"; All international packages will be marked as
"Merchandise" on the international shipping forms.
Customs Fees:
You may be charged duty and/or taxes by your home country. Please be aware
that countries have different procedures and fees for incoming
packages.

Unfortunately,
Mantelli Trailer Sales has no information on taxes, customs fees, or duty
fees. Please check with the proper
authorities in your home country before placing your bid so you are fully aware of any fees
you may be assessed when your package arrives.
