Our Shipping Policy
Many Horses Jewelry Supply uses USPS postal shipping rates calculated using the combined total weight of your order, rounded up to the nearest whole pound, based on the actual published rates by USPS.

Weekdays: Orders are received and processed Monday-Friday 2-9pm CST and ship within 1-2 business days from receipt. Express orders are shipped next business day for 1-2 day delivery to most areas, based on zone. |

If you do not receive a confirmation shipping email with copy of invoice within 1-2 business days, please email or call us right away to avoid delays in shipping. Check Spam folders for rerouted or deleted messages before contacting us. We do save a copy of transaction records and shipping notifications and can forward upon request. Please allow 1-2 business days to research orders when doing a status check.

All overseas military addresses, PMB's, APO's, and FPO's untrackable and ship at Buyers risk.

First Class Service (US only) : typically arrives in 4-10 business days, excluding holidays.
Priority Mail Service, typically arrives in 3 to 6 business days, excluding holidays. Priority postage does not guarantee delivery within a specified time, and is subject to weather and other related transit delays. In rare instances this service can take up to 14 days to deliver.
Express Mail Service: ships next business day from order receipt. Typically arrives in 1-2 business days, depending on ship-to zone set by USPS. Next day service available in most areas, not guaranteed in all zones. International orders
Priority Mail International™ 6-10 days only, insured. Tracking is available in most countries.
International customers, including Canadian customers, may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches their country. If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred, including international shipment and handling. Many Horses Jewelry Supply will not participate in Mail Fraud by using the "Gift" option on any Customs Declarations Forms.
Shipping charges are non-negotiable. We recommend pulling a few friends together for an order and divide the postage, to help curb the cost to ship one order over borders.
*Many Horses Jewelry Supply is not responsible for service transit time, Customs delays or Duty Fees imposed at borders.
Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
*Shipping is calculated according to actual USPS postal rates. We charge a flat handling fee of $2.65 (US) for each combined order processed. Buyer pays "Cross-border" fees (Paypal) , as well as Canadian duty and Customs charges.

Our Returns Policy
Many Horses Jewelry Supply and Artwork will accept returns for exchange/credit for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase.

All returns must be pre-authorized and you must request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning any product. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state.

In the event that you need to return multiple items for which you have received quantity discounts, we reserve the right to recalculate your order total based on the actual items you kept.

Absolutely no requests for merchandise replacement will be authorized after 30 days from your original sales date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Receipt of all E-mail /on-line orders will be verified by a brief return e-mail and copy of the sales invoice within 24-48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation email with copy of invoice within 48 hours, please email us right away to avoid delays in shipping.
