We ship Mon-Friday. Normal processing & ship time : 1-2 business days from payment receipt.
First Class Service typically arrives in 4-10 business days, excluding weekends, holidays.
Priority Mail Service, typically arrives in 4 to 6 business days, excluding weekends, holidays.
International orders are subject to the shipping method that closest matches the price option you choose, usually 4-10 days. Because of different postal computer systems, International orders are not traceable once they leave the US.

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to processing (usually within the first 24 hours after an order is placed). We are unable to cancel any order once it is in process. If any changes are requested, an email must be received the same day order is placed. Backordered items may be cancelled as long as the item is still in "backorder status"; a $1.50 processing fee will be deducted from any money refunded. Once a backordered item has shipped to our facility, orders will be updated to "In Process". All cancellations must be submitted via email within 3 business days of order.

Postage is calculated per item weight rounded to the nearest 1 ounce according to USPS postal rates. Insurance is recommended on all orders over $25. *A one-time handling fee of $2.65 applies to all combined orders.

You may return any unaltered item for refund, exchange, replacement, or credit within 14 days from the date of purchase. If the package was damaged in shipment, please call Customer Service at 1-262-742-4323 Mon-Friday 2-9pm CT (US) or contact us by e-mail before returning any items. Some damage or loss problems can be quickly and easily resolved over the phone to save time and expense.

If we made a mistake on your order and the items are returned for exchange, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed. Please allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit/refund or for the shipping of an exchange. A 15% Restock fee will be applied to items returned for refund/resale when purchased in error.
Lost shipments will not be considered for claims through the Post Office until 30 days have lapsed. International orders will not be considered lost until after 45 days have lapsed and Customs Office inquiry has been fulfilled.
Many Horses Jewelry Supply will file all claims against loss or damage in transit, according to USPS postal regulations.
Return Postage is the responsibility of the Customer and is non-refundable. | |
| Additional Store Information | IMPORTANT: All our items listed in eBay are also sold in our retail location. Occasionally we may sell out of an item before we can remove it from our Ebay listings. If you purchase an item through eBay and it is out of stock, you will be notified via email and given the option to backorder, exchange, receive a store credit voucher or request a product refund. Items on backorder usually restock within 10 days to 2 weeks, but can take up to 45 days. |
