I accept most major credit cards, eChecks, & bank electronic payments online through Paypal.com.  For eChecks through PayPal, item does not ship until check clears (usually 3-5 business days).  Payment is expected within 7 days of listing close (unless prior arrangements have been made).  Listing prices as well as shipping costs are listed in US Dollars (the standard for eBay.com).

Canadian Customers: must pay applicable taxes on the total (GST/HST depending on province shipped to, see below).  I have a registered business & am required by law to collect applicable taxes from my Canadian Customers.  USA & International customers do not have to pay these Canadian taxes.  Canadian Tax Rates: Alberta (5% GST), Saskatchewan (5% GST), Manitoba (5% GST), PEI (5% GST), NWT (5% GST), Yukon (5% GST, Nunavut (5% GST), Ontario (13% HST), Quebec (5% GST), New Brunswick (13% HST), Nova Scotia (15% HST), Newfoundland (13% HST), British Columbia (5% HST & 7% PST).

American Customers: Thanks to NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement), most items shipped to the USA are duty free.  Seller is not responsible for any customs fees, however to date I've shipped several thousand packages to the USA via the postal service & never had an American customer inform me that they've paid any duties/fees.  If you do get charged anything, please do let me know for future reference.

International Customers: are responsible for any import duty on arrival (VAT, etc).  Import duties, taxes and charges (VAT, Customs, etc) are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs (if any) will be prior to bidding/buying.  Seller is not responsible for any customs fees.
 

I will combine on shipping when possible (& when safe for the items) - however method of shipment may need to be upgraded due to added insurance requirements.  Your item will be packed well with appropriate packing materials. I have many years of packing & shipping experience.  Shipping is via Canada Post Expedited, Letterpost, or Small Package.  The actual method will picked at my discretion depending on size, weight, value, and/or fragility of item.  I generally do not ship on Weekends, Mondays or Holidays.  My business days are Tuesday to Friday, excluding holidays.  I am able to ship out most items within 2 business days, quite often however shipped the same or next business day.  On rare occasion three or four business days may be required (typically when I'm sick, etc).  If you require your item in a hurry or before a certain date (ie. intended to be given as a gift), it is important that you email me before making the purchase to make sure delivery before such date is possible.  It is sometimes possible to upgrade the shipping method to a faster service (added cost).  Please note, even the fastest Canada Post shipping methods available take at least 2-3 days (there is no overnight). 

American Buyers: Please read main shipping paragraph above.  Most parcels to the USA usually take approx. 6-12 business days (about 2-3 weeks) once shipped.  Please keep in mind the package is coming from Western Canada & there is an international border to cross.  There are occasional delays (due to border inspections), but these are rare.  Xpresspost is available by request (added cost, inquire before paying).  I ship via Canada Post.  Once the package crosses the border it comes to you via the United States Postal Service.

Canadian Buyers:  Please read main shipping paragraph above.  Most packages within Canada take approx. 5-10 business days once shipped.  Xpresspost (faster shipping method) available by request (added cost, inquire before paying).

International Buyers:  Please read main shipping paragraph above.  Parcels to International destinations are sent via Airmail, which typically takes approx. 1-3 weeks.  I do not use Surface, as these methods can take up to 2-3 months to arrive.  Packages that require high dollar insurance or are especially heavy or large can be very expensive to ship overseas.  Buyer is responsible for any import duty on arrival (VAT, Customs Fees, etc).

Generally - All sales are final (this means I do not accept returns).  I will however consider returns on a case-by-case basis.  Contact me first.  If I approve a return, the item must be in original condition (if item is new, this means tags still attached, or shrinkwrap intact, etc) & packed well (preferably packed well in original packaging). It is your responsibility to ensure the package arrives back here safely.  I specifically do not accept returns for: "don't like the color", "decided item doesn't match my decor", "doesn't fit" or "doesn't suit my need - too small or big etc" (this is why measurements are included in listing), "person I purchased it for doesn't like it", or "changed mind & no longer want item".  If you are not satisfied with the item please let me know how we can resolve any issues prior to leaving feedback. There isn't a reasonable issue that I feel can't be worked out.  Items specifically sold "as-is" can not be returned for any reason.
