Fees:        Sales tax is charged only for sales in California. For all international customers please be aware that you are fully responsible for all custom or duty fees associated with your purchase in your country. The custom charges are not included in shipping and handling. There is also a higher handling fee for international orders.

Shipping:   Normally we ship out items in 1 business day however there may be circumstances where certain shipments are shipped a few days after the purchase is made. We ship using FedEx, USPS and UPS, your tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as the item has been shipped. If you have certain requirements please contact us before purchasing. We do not ship to P.O box addresses.

                The standard shipping rate is for items going to a street address in one of the lower 48 states. Extra shipping charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, APO, AE and any other U.S territories.

Refunds/Returns: We have a 14 day exchange policy. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping is non-refundable. All items returned to us should be in their original new condition.
