  • We ship using high quality clear-plastic acid-free bags, foam-core backing, or rigid mailing tubes for larger items.

  • We use Canada Post for most items and we are well-versed in all the rates and options for the U.S., Canada and Overseas. Our shipping rates are below the actual cost, and we combine items for free (or only a small fraction of the cost). You can verify the rates at: canadapost.ca

  • We combine shipping on all maps and prints. There is no 'per item' charge.

  • Note that, since we are located in Canada, shipping to the U.S. takes longer than it does between two points within the U.S. We ALWAYS ship within two working day of receiving payment, and often ship the same day; however, we have no control over how long it takes from here.

  • Please contact us If you require express delivery with tracking or for special assistance. We normally use XpressPost or Expedited Parcel by Canada Post, or FedEx Express or FedEx Ground for time-sensitive shipments.

  • Sellers' fees are now tied to detailed feedback. Please remember where we are shipping from and that we ship at below our actual cost when you leave feedback about shipping times and/or costs.

Standard Shipping from Outside U.S.

Packages size up to 33 cm x 26 cm (13" x 10") in flat envelopes: will be shipped using Letter-Post or Light Packet by Canada Post.

Mailing Tubes 54 cm x 8 cm (21" x 3") for any maps/prints larger than 30 cm x 23 cm (12" x 10"): will be shipped using Small Packet Airmail by Canada Post.

 

Delivery times vary from as little as seven days to as long as three weeks, depending on your location in the U.S. and the degree of vigilance being exercised by U.S. customs at the border (normally 2 weeks on average).
None of these shipping methods provide tracking.
Airmail Delivery to Canada:

Standard International Shipping

Packages size up to 33 cm x 26 cm (13" x 10") in flat envelopes: will be shipped using Letter-Mail by Canada Post (no tracking).

Mailing Tubes 54 cm x 8 cm (21" x 3") for any maps/prints larger than 30 cm x 23 cm (12" x 10"): will be shipped using Expedited Parcel by Canada Post (with tracking).

 

The cost varies by location. In our listings, we give the higher end of the possibilities (i.e. BC or NL). If you live in ON or QC, shipping will be a little (20% or so) lower. We'll refund you the difference after you've paid and/or re-invoice you with corrected shipping before you pay.

Payment

We accept Paypal. Cash upon local pick-up is also fine.

For all purchases:

  • Payment is preferred within three days, and required within seven days. If you've spent more than $100 and won't be paying for several days, please just send a quick e-mail to let us know.

  • We do not accept personal cheques.

  • Non-paying buyers will be reported to Ebay. This is the only way we can recover the fees that Ebay charges us upon your agreement to purchase.

  • Please make sure that you have correct delivery address on your eBay and Paypal account. Leave a note in your Paypal payment or send a message through eBay if you need your items to be delivered to a different address. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO RETRIEVE ANY SHIPPED ITEMS FOR ANY INCORRECT OR NON-DELIVERED ADDRESSES. We normally receive returned/non-delivered items after 2-3 months from the original shipping date. If requested, we will send an invoice for the re-shipping and ship the item after received payment.
