Even though the internet is open 24/7, our business is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm Eastern Time. Purchases / Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after your full payment is received, Monday to Friday within our regular business hours. If your purchase comes in late in the day or on a holiday or weekend day, it will not be processed until the next business day. If everything is fine with your order, your purchase will usually ship within 24 to 48 hours. Sometimes the same day payment is received and on some occassions an extra day or two. We will notify you if there is an issue with your order.
Do not expect your purchase to be processed, packaged, and on the delivery truck 10 minutes after you buy it. Come on people, be real!
- We are not responsible for any email delays that might be caused by the Internet or Time Zones.
- There might be a delay that causes paypal or ebays email telling us of your purchase to be delayed in getting to us.
- We do not control the speed of the internet or any issues that might arise due to internet congestion system downtime, or any other issues that are out of our control.
- You might make a purchase at 10am, and we do not receive confirmation of your purchase until 6pm. Not our fault.
- Also you might be in a different time zone, 3pm on the West Coast is 6pm on the East Coast, where we are, and at that time we are closed for the day. So your order will not be processed until the next business day.
ALL orders are run through our AVS (Address Verification System), this can sometimes cause a delay in shipping, especially if an address is incomplete or not formated correctly. We have to make sure addresses given to us are correct so we are not charged any correction fees charged by Fedex/UPS/DHL. If an error is found that we cannot fix on our own, we will email the buyer for a correction, in this case, the order will not be shipped until the correction is received. We are sorry if this causes any delay in you receiving your order, but we want to be safe then sorry and have your order go to someone else, become undeliverable and returned to us, or other delivery issues.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Holiday's, Saturday's or Sunday's. Also when shipping company's are closed, there is no shipping. We do not accept 3rd party billing in regards to shipping your order, so do not ask.
Package arrival times can vary depending on where you live and what method of shipping you chose and paid for.
If you need an item fast, then pick the fasted option available, you can also email us for other possible shipping options. We do not allow package pickup.
Below are estimates on package arrival times after shipping from the warehouse (within the USA) based from the shipping company website data and not ours. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed and we are not responsible for any inaccuracy in this data, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays once carrier has picked up your package.
USPS Media Mail (books / software only): 4 to 21 postal days (sometimes even longer. Within the continential US. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico can take up to 60 days so USPS media mail is not recommended.) Also if you need something fast, do not pick Media Mail.
USPS Priority Mail: 2 to 7 days postal days
UPS, DHL, Purolator, and FedEx Ground: 2 to 7 days business days. No weekend delivery.
We receive the right to use to change the advertised shipping company to another company.
Postal days are Monday's to Saturday's, as the USPS does not delivery or process mail on Sunday's or holiday's. So those days do not count.
Business days are Monday to Friday, and do not include Saturday's or Sunday's in the day count. Postal holidays, delivery delays/issues by the shipping company, weather conditions, and any wrath of GOD stuff can delay your receipt of the package. We do our best to get it out our door as fast as possible, but once the delivery person takes it, it is out of our hands. When shipping to Canada, we are not responsible for any border delays.Remember, your order has to be processed, sent to our warehouse to be picked, then packaged and shipped. This takes time. We try to do it as fast as we can, but sometimes it takes a few days, depending on the volume of orders we receive. Sometimes express delivery can take a little time to get out of our warehouse. Do not expect your order to ship 10 minutes after you place it.
If your purchase is made after business hours, your order will NOT be processed until the NEXT business day. So if your purchase is made late on Friday, it will not processed until Monday. Saturday and Sunday do not count in a 2 day delivery service method and neither does the day of purchase if made after business hours.
If you have any questions, please email me BEFORE bidding. If you need an item FAST, then choose the fastest method offered. If you need overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day, email us and we will quote you the rate, if that service is available for the item you want. Remember though, that order processing might take a day or two before the item is shipped to you. So you must allow for this. It takes time to process and package your order even on express shipment orders.
At the time of a listing on eBay, the item being sold is in stock and ready to be shipped. Any particular item may become unexpectedly out of stock, even though it is highly unlikely, but you know Murphy's Law. We are only human, and sometimes cannot keep up with inventory and keep updating our eBay listings at the same time. When an item does become unavailable, we will try to remove the listing as quickly as possible. If we cannot cancel the auction before a purchase has been made, you can choose to either have the item placed on backorder (we will try to give you an accurate back-in-stock date), or have all your money will be refunded to you. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund your payment if an out of stock situation does arrive. You also agree that no negative feedback will be given if this situation does occur. If you do not agree with this or any of the other parts of this auction, please do not bid.
In the unlikely event that you purchase an item that is out of stock, buyer agrees to complete the eBay 'Cancel Transaction by Mutual Agreement'.
Canceling a Transaction by Mutual Agreement WILL NOT reflect negatively on the buyer or seller.
Refunds will not be issued until the transaction has been cancelled by Mutual Agreement and the buyer has accepted.
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable for whatever reason other than it being the direct fault of Marcas Enterprises, you will receive a refund of your purchase price minus a 75% restocking fee as well as any fees the shipping company charges us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You can choose to have the package reshipped, in this case you will have to pay shipping fees again, as well as any fees the shipping company charged us when your package was return.
Make sure your address is COMPLETE, any orders with incomplete shipping addresses will not be processed until your address is fixed. An example of an incomplete address is one that does not include whether it is a Street, Drive, Avenue...etc. Example: 123 Washington. That is not complete, we need to know is it 123 Washington Street, or 123 Washington Drive.
If we are billed by either Fedex, UPS, or Purolator for an address correction due to the buyer giving us an incomplete or incorrect address, the buyer will be sent a paypal invoice to reimburse us for this imposed fee. We ship to where you tell us, if you tell us wrong, then you will have to pay the fees we are charged to correct it.
All in all, we run a legitimate business here. We are doing our best to your order processed and shipped as fast as we can. There are many factors in the world that can slow or delay things. Some examples are and not limited to: Illness, weather, order volume, time of day, weekends, shipping company issues, shipping company driver issues, address issues..etc etc.
If you have any questions at all, do not hesitate to email us. And if you do not agree to any of these words, then do not buy from us. Plain and simple.
