PAYMENT INFORMATION

The easiest way to pay is by PayPal on eBay. Special Note for PayPal users: Please verify that your eBay shipping address is IDENTICAL to your PayPal shipping address. If they do not match and we cannot reach you on the shipping day, your order will be held up until confirmation is received. We MUST ship the order to the PayPal shipping address to receive shipment and order protection from PayPal.

Balance must be paid immediately, once you click "Buy."

New Jersey Sales Tax:

New Jersey sales tax applies (7.00%) to New Jersey residents and orders shipped to New Jersey addresses.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All shipping within the continental US is calculated by zip code and varies by buyer location.

Shipping is done via USPS or UPS.

Marine Power Service does not ship to PO Boxes.

We ship from multiple warehouses across the US so usually you will get your order faster than your expect!

Special Shipping:

The “Handling Time” is the number of business days the seller will take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment. “Business days” are normal weekdays.

Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays do not count as business days, so you’ll want to keep them in mind as you determine the earliest delivery date for you. If you want to receive the item quickly, complete your payment to the seller as soon as possible. eBay recommends that you use a fast, safe payment method such as PayPal.

Rush Orders:

If you need to guarantee that your order leaves the warehouse the same day,a handling fee with be applied and it is up to you, to choose an expedited shipping service.

Shipping Insurance:

Please refer to the listing and the checkout process to determine if shipping insurance is included or required. Most listings have insurance included but some do not. If you would like to add extra insurance to protect your purchase, please contact our customer service team at 732-751-1200.

International Orders:

We ship worldwide!

When placing your international order, please be sure to include your email address, international telephone number, postal code, and your shipping address exactly as you want us to ship it. If we need to contact you, we will do so by email.

International shipping varies by location. If you are outside the USA please send us a message with what you are looking to order and the shipping address prior to placing your order.

Puerto Rico and Canada does count as International. Please send us a message for shipping costs!

Delivery Confirmation is required for all international orders over $100, the cost of this service will be added to the shipping price.

Duties and customs fees are to be paid by the receiver, not Marine Power Service.

Marine Power Service is not responsible for shipping delays or damages incurred while shipping. We will work, to the best of our abilities, to aide the buyer to process any claims, ect., but we have no control over shipping once the item has shipped from our warehouse.

We do our best to ship all orders the same day as long as they are placed before 10AM EST. Most orders are shipped between 2-3 business days.

We ship from multiple warehouses across the US so usually you will get your order faster than your expect!

Most orders are shipped UPS and international is USPS. Please let us know if you would like your order shipped differently.

We do combine shipping for multiple items. Please let us know what you would like and you’re shipping zip code.

Outboard Engines take about 3 business days to ship. Marine Power Service is not responsible for any customs or duties fees on international orders.

Will Call Pickup:

All items that we list are available for pickup, but please let us know before you come to our store because it could take 1-2 days to get your order together.

RETURNS

Most new items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving the order. All returned items MUST be in unopened, new and resalable condition. Please refer to the individual listings return availability.

All new item returns are subject to a 15% restocking policy.

An RMA number is required for returns. Please contact us BEFORE returning items.

Because of this used items may not be returned, however if there is a problem please contact us ASAP and we will try to work with you.

ATTENTION: We will reject any packages that arrive at the warehouse with an expired RMA number OR without an approved RMA number.

Please review our listing very carefully. We work very hard to identify the manufacturer's part number, properly describe the item (appearance, color, etc), specific our approximate measurements and take detailed photographs of all the components you will receive. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all orders being returned.

An item qualifies for a return if:

1. it was ordered within the last 7 days; AND,

2. one of the following conditions exist:

  • the product arrived damaged from poor picking and packing
  • the shipment was not signed for because the package arrived damaged from shipping abuse
  • the product arrived and was completely different than the product you ordered

An item does not qualify for return if:

  • 8 days have passed since purchase
  • the item has been installed or placed into service
  • it does not fit the buyer's application
  • the buyer signed for a package clearly damaged during shipping
  • the package arrives later than expected
  • the buyer expected additional parts or equipment not explicitly included in the photograph or description

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • USED no guarantees or warranties written, expressed or implied. Items are always stated as tested and in working condition or in unusable and for parts only conditions.
  • Electrical and Fuel items
  • ALL Propellers
  • Open items
  • Special orders

If you believe that your item qualifies for a return, please contact our Marine Power Returns Manager at 732-751-1200. It will help us if you have some digital photographs of the item(s) you received and any damage to the item(s) or shipping container. Also, please have order information at hand such as order number, eBay item number(s), date purchased, method of payment, packing slip, etc. We will work with you to qualify your item and give you the solution.

If our Returns Manager approves the return, you will be issued a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note: the RMA number is only good for 10 business days. Once it expires, the package will be rejected. If the issue is related to damage during shipping, we will have you hold the packaging and contents and help get the claim process started.

Returned items may or may not be eligible for a refund/credit per our Refund and Credit Policy below.

A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to returning any items to Marine Power Service.

REFUND AND CREDIT POLICY

Due to the unique nature of our business, with the exception of an incorrect description on our listing or damage during shipment, all eBay sales are final.

If the item was damaged during shipment, we will start a claim process with you and try to locate an immediate replacement for your item. Our Returns Manager will determine whether a refund or in-store credit is appropriate and what actions need to take place.

If our description was in error, we will attempt to locate the correct item for you. If we can locate a replacement, our Returns Manager will inform you of what actions need to take place. If we cannot locate a suitable replacement, our Returns Manager will work to refund your purchase and have the item returned to Marine Power Service.

If the buyer purchased an item in error or no longer wants the item, we will be happy to offer an in-store credit for the value of the item purchased. It is the buyer's responsibility to ship the item back to Marine Power Service (at the buyer's expense) per our Return Policy above. Please note that most items returned for credit are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $10 (whichever is greater). We will not offer a cash or chargeback refund in this case.

Special note: Purchases under this Refund and Credit Policy are also subject to the Returns Policy above. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you believe a refund or credit is necessary.

IN-STORE CREDIT

Marine Power Service In-Store Credits are good for 1 year from the date of issue. They may be used on any eBay purchase. However, if you intend to apply an In-Store Credit to an eBay purchase, please contact our customer service team at 732-751-1200 BEFORE making your eBay purchase so we can use the eBay process - which is to make a special eBay listing for your purchase.

CANCELLING AND CHANGING ORDERS

Sometimes you need to make changes to your order. We are happy to make order changes. However, please be aware that changing an order may incur additional charges not limited to additional shipping, order change fees and intercept fees.

Should you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at 732-751-1200. There will be a 5% cancellation fee + all incurred shipping expenses. The buyer will receive an in-store credit for the remaining value of the purchase.

If you placed an order that has not been shipped please let us know and it will be canceled. If you do not pay and ignore any of our invoices your order will be canceled after one week and you could incur an un-paid item strike.

PRODUCT CONDITION DISCLAIMER

All eBay sales are final. All USED engines, stern drives and parts are sold "AS IS" with no guarantees or warranties written, expressed or implied. Items are always stated as tested and in working condition or in unusable and for parts only conditions. No warranties are implied or otherwise unless noted in the ad In some instances, there may be a manufacturer's warranty, and it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer. Buyer assumes all liability of non-warrantee items.

We do our absolute best to make sure our listings are 100% correct. If you are unsure of anything or see any errors it would be greatly appreciated if you would let us know either by phone (732-751-1200) or by messaging us on eBay.

We also include photographs of all components with a detailed description of what is being sold. If it is not in the photo or description, it is not part of the sale. If there is ANY question in your mind, please contact us BEFORE ordering and we will be happy to answer your questions.

Unless otherwise stated in the listing, all items shipped from Marine Power Service are either in NEW or UNUSED condition. In many cases, the item is new but has been on a warehouse shelf quietly collecting dust. We also carry many items that were installed on a boat but then removed before the boat was completed. These items are still new but have been handled. Therefore we offer them at great savings! If an item is truly used, we will clearly state that in the listing.
