This is the first negative feedback i've given in 25 years on ebay.
This was a birthday gift I ordered on 10/20 with a target estimated delivery of 10/27. Although it's a paper item weighing only ounces, I paid a $5 shipping fee.
Got the confirmation that it shipped on 10/22, so it should have arrived on time, but got an update on 10/26 that it wouldn't arrive until 10/30 (10 days after purchase) when it was actually taken to p.o. 6 days to ship a small paper item is unprofessional.
