Great product and good price, but I was not happy that they would not reduce shipping when they shipped a dozen items in the same box. It weighed 11 pounds. I paid $48 for shiping from OH to MA!
I asked customer service if they could compensate me with a few more of the same items and they did not.
Not a huge deal, but I will not order from them again.
