I negative feedback was due to the fact that I paid nearly $30 for shipping and you sent it via USPS. The US post office can t handle large items well at all. Should have been sent via UPS or FEDEX. I m sorry to hear about your troubles, but someone should have been left in charge of the business to respond to buyers with issues. Now I m stuck with handles I don t need.

I shipped Item within 2 days when i have 3 to ship. I am not in control of the post office. My other half recently had a heart attack, so I did not see the request for information. There was nothing I could do, the post office was in control. Thank-you
