I ordered Dark Gray floor mats the mats came in a very light gray color, I showed 5 different people and asked their opinion if the mats looked light or a dark gray and all 5 said “Light” This is the sellers rendition of a “Dark” gray they need to look at a color chart and see the difference between light and dark gray, Not happy with the color, I contacted the seller and no response terrible customer service I will never buy from them again

The heel pad is not correct or in the proper location. This is a critical issue when restoring an Eddie Bauer Bronco. This is the second set of carpets I bought from this vendor. She told me she could make me a set that was the correct color being my color wasnt listed. I informed her of the herlpad being incorrect. On the first set, and gave ger the dementions of the pad. And its still came in incorrect. This means i have paid almost $1400 and its still not right.
