Q: How Much is the Shipping to:?
A: In the Ebay auction there is a Shipping Calculator button that looks like this Just click on that button and enter in your City, State, and Zip Code.
Combined Shipping If you are trying to figure out what combined shipping cost will be on like products you can use the quantity box to adjust how many of one item you will get. (if you are bidding on 5 bats just change the quantity on the Shipping Calculator page to 5, this is only for an estimated shipping cost the actual cost will be given to you once you start the checkout process.)
Q: Can I Combine Shipping costs if I win more than one Item?
A: YES, once you have won everything that you were bidding on just go through the checkout process and it will add all of the items that you have won as long as you used the same eBay name to bid on them. To start the checkout process just go to any eBay auction that you won from us and click the Checkout Button which looks like this and follow the on screen instructions.
ALSO we use an automated system to process non-paying bidders because of this you only have 9 Days From the end of the first auction that you won till the ending of that last auction that you win to combine or else the first auction will be marked as not paid.
Q: How will my item be shipped?
A: We use UPS, USPS and Common Carriers for our shipping. We Offer you 5 Different Shipping Methods for shipments inside the Continental USA. You select one of these options during the 2nd step of checkout called Shipping / Payment Preferences.

- UPS Next Day Air
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS 3 Day Select
- Common Carrier (Freight Service for our larger Shipments)
For the Economy Saver We will ship UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class or even Common Carrier for larger shipments, our choice.
W can only ship to your billing address on your credit card or your pay pal verified address
Upgraded Shipments include: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select - are all shipped Through UPS and will have a tracking number
All Orders will have Insurance Included.
International Shipments which are shipped International Priority or International Economy and Include Customs Clearance Fees in the shipping price which might make them seam higher but it makes you get the package faster and cuts out part of the fees on your side. No International Shipments include Duties and Taxes in the shipping price, that must be paid by you.
Canadian Customers will have the additional option of UPS Canadian Ground. These shipments will not include any Customs Clearance fees, Brokerage Fees or duties and taxes in the shipping price. Canadian Customers will be held accountable for paying all fees.
Common Carrier (Freight Service) The estimated delivery time will be approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of your order.
It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into your home, garage, up stairs, etc.
Drivers do not assist with unpacking or set-up.
Delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada or any International Country.
This item cannot be shipped to an APO, FPO or PO Box.
Please If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please have the driver make a note of the damage. This will help in the return/replacement process. Even if your shipping method says economy saver we can still ship common carrier. We will ship common carrier for any shipment over 150lbs or that we deem it necessary for such as Treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, Exercise bikes, home gyms, etc.
Q: Will I be able to track my shipment?
A: Yes, For most packages we use traceable methods of shipment. If your package weighs under a pound, then we ship through the post office and there is no tracking number, but you will be informed when it ships. Generally, within 1 business day of our shipping your order, we email you the tracking/delivery confirmation number (to your registered email address.) Please NOTE: It can take 24 hours, and sometimes longer, to update the delivery status information for delivery confirmation numbers.
A: You can also track your order by going to www.arcadiasports.net and clicking on the Order Tracking Icon. there you can see payment status, find out if it has been shipped, and get the tracking number.
Q: What if I didn't receive a tracking/delivery confirmation email?
A: Often, our emails are intercepted, deleted and/or otherwise caused to not arrive to you. This occurs because some ISP's (Internet Service Providers, including AOL, NetZero, MSN, Earthlink, Yahoo, Hotmail, and others) employ SPAM (junk e-mail) filters to minimize the amount of junk e-mail you receive. Because we are a high-volume merchant (we sell a lot of products), we also send a large volume of email (shipping confirmation, order confirmation, customer service replies, etc.). We are also, therefore, often "filtered" by these ISP's and, sometimes by SPAM filters or "rules" you may use on your email client software.

Q: How long will it be after I order before my order ships?
A: We ship orders the next business day after you pay for it. (So if you order on Friday night it won't ship until Monday.) In the event that we discover the product is damaged, unmerchandisable, or otherwise unavailable, we will not ship and will contact you to make arrangements for either a refund, reshipment, backorder or other applicable action.
