Q: How can I pay for my purchase?

Q: How do I pay for an Ebay auction?

A: After you have won the Ebay auction click the Checkout link that is in the auction page and follow the on screen instructions.

A: Yes, We ship a high volume of orders each week and the checkout link allows us to process your order quickly and more efficiently.

Shipping

Q: How Much is the Shipping to:?

A: In the Ebay auction there is a Shipping Calculator button that looks like this Just click on that button and enter in your City, State, and Zip Code.
Combined Shipping If you are trying to figure out what combined shipping cost will be on like products you can use the quantity box to adjust how many of one item you will get. (if you are bidding on 5 bats just change the quantity on the Shipping Calculator page to 5, this is only for an estimated shipping cost the actual cost will be given to you once you start the checkout process.)

A: We use Fedex, USPS and Common Carriers for our shipping. We Offer you 7 Different Shipping Methods for shipments inside the Continental USA. You select one of these options during the 2nd step of checkout called Shipping / Payment Preferences.

For the Economy Saver We will ship Fedex Ground/Home, Fedex Smart Post, USPS Priority Mail, or even Common Carrier for larger shipments, our choice.

Upgraded Shipments include: Express Saver (3 days) - 2 Day Air - Standard Overnight - Priority Overnight - First Overnight - are all shipped Through Fedex and will have a tracking number

All Orders will have a $0.79 Insurance Charge Added.

International Shipments which are shipped International Priority or International Economy and Include Customs Clearance Fees in the shipping price which might make them seam higher but it makes you get the package faster and cuts out part of the fees on your side. No International Shipments include Duties and Taxes in the shipping price, that must be paid by you.

Canadian Customers will have the additional option of Fedex Canadian Ground. These shipments will not include any Customs Clearance fees, Brokerage Fees or duties and taxes in the shipping price. Canadian Customers will be held accountable for paying all fees.

Common Carrier (Freight Service) The estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 weeks from the date of your order. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into your home, garage, up stairs, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking or set-up. Delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada or any International Country. This item cannot be shipped to an APO, FPO or PO Box. Please If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please have the driver make a note of the damage. This will help in the return/replacement process. Even if your shipping method says economy saver we can still ship common carrier. We will ship common carrier for any shipment over 150lbs or that we deem it necessary for such as Treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, Exercise bikes, home gyms, etc.

Q: Will I be able to track my shipment?

A: Yes, For most packages we use traceable methods of shipment. If your package weighs under a pound, then we ship through the post office and there is no tracking number, but you will be informed when it ships. Generally, within 1 business day of our shipping your order, we email you the tracking/delivery confirmation number (to your registered email address.) Please NOTE: It can take 24 hours, and sometimes longer, to update the delivery status information for delivery confirmation numbers.

Q: What if I didn't receive a tracking/delivery confirmation email?

A: Often, our emails are intercepted, deleted and/or otherwise caused to not arrive to you. This occurs because some ISPs (Internet Service Providers, including AOL, NetZero, MSN, Earthlink, Yahoo, Hotmail, and others) employ SPAM (junk e-mail) filters to minimize the amount of junk e-mail you receive. Because we are a high-volume merchant (we sell a lot of products), we also send a large volume of email (shipping confirmation, order confirmation, customer service replies, etc.). We are also, therefore, often "filtered" by these ISPs and, sometimes by SPAM filters or "rules" you may use on your email client software.

Q: How long will it be after I order before my order ships?

A: We ship orders the next business day after you pay for it. (So if you order on Friday night it won't ship until Monday.) In the event that we discover the product is damaged, unmerchandisable, or otherwise unavailable, we will not ship and will contact you to make arrangements for either a refund, reshipment, backorder or other applicable action.

Combined Shipping

How do you Calculate combined shipping charges?

MassCloseouts offers combined shipping on multiple purchases in order to save our customers a great deal of money. The process of combining shipments, however, is very difficult. Because of the extreme variation of products we sell (which range vastly in size, weight and fragility) we have had to come up with a general system that usually works to everyone's satisfaction. After you win multiple auctions you will be allowed to combine your items automatically through our check out system which will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of winning any auction. Combined Shipping Details for The Economy Saver Shipping Method:

For the Economy Saver Shipping all you have to do is take the highest Base Shipping Charge from the items that you won and add the additional items Shipping charge for each additional Item that you purchased from us.

The first thing to know about shipping is how a package is weighed. Once a photo is taken of an item we get an accurate weight from a certified scale and round up to the nearest whole number (as mandated by all shipping couriers). In addition we add one extra pound for every 10 pound to the total weight for packaging. This means that an item which weights 4.7 lbs would be rounded up to 5 lbs and then one pound would be added for packaging making the total estimated shipping weight at 6 lbs. For every additional 10 pounds of weight we add an extra pound for packing.

The only way our current systems can combine shipments is by adding the total weight of all the merchandise as it appears in the computer. Please remember that the 'actual' shipping weight may vary slightly from the weight you are charged when choosing a combined shipment because we are using only one box / package even though, at the time of auction, the computer only knows estimated weights for individual packages. This can become especially pronounced when combining many smaller, light weight items. As an example let's say you bought 5 shirts that each weigh 1.1 lbs. Our system (as mandated by shippers) rounds up to 2 pounds and adds a pound for shipping materials and a box for a total of 3 pounds. If you combine 5 auctions in a single shipment the computer simply multiplies 3 lbs x 5 units for a total of 15 lbs (while in actuality the package only weighs about 8). Because MassCloseouts sells auctions for so cheap we are unable to build in shipping and handling costs into our sale. All auctions have a $1.65 - $3.65 packing and handling fee (per auction item depending on size and weight) added on top of the standard shipping costs. While we realize our system is not perfect, but because of the level of automation we require, and the various types of product we sell, this is the best we can do at this time.

Returns / Canceling Bids

Q: Can I return my product?

1. All unused items are able to be returned for a full refund of item price for up to 90 days. Shipping in both directions is the customer's responsibility. If the item you purchased had free shipping then we will determine the return shipping back to you based on each individual order.   
2. All Unused items are exchangeable, MassCloseouts online store price will be given in credit, and store price will be charged for item wanted. This will apply for 180 days from the original purchase.
3. Any used items are to be returned directly to manufacture for warranty / Replacement.

For EBay:

1. Unused Items may be returned at customer's expense (i.e. Shipping cost back to us) for a refund of the item price minus a 10% or $2.00 minimum Restocking Fee whichever is greater (shipping costs are not refunded) for up to 30 days from purchase.
2. All Unused items are exchangeable, MassCloseouts online stores price will be given in credit, and store price will be charged for any item wanted. This will apply for 90 days from purchase.
3. Any used items are to be returned directly to manufacture for warranty / Replacement.
4. People not wishing to get there item (miss bid / mistake / whatever) can pay a 10% (of item price) or a $2 minimum restocking fee, whichever is greater.

Q: Can I cancel a bid on one of your Ebay Items

If your Item has ended and you still don't want it you will have to pay a restocking fee of 10% (of the item price) or a $2 minimum restocking fee, whichever is greater.
