Shipping Polices: Domestic & International Packages, Including APO, APE Shipping Destinations

All eBay customers are welcome to shop in my store.  I am committed to my eBay business and to my customers, and to that end, Maternal Expressions strives to process orders within 48 - 72 hours after payment is received.  On average, I ship packages 5 days a week utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS) & United Parcel Service (UPS). 

Your package will be carefully shipped to ensure safe delivery of the contents inside using: Corrugated Boxes, Bubble Mailers, Envelopes, Shipping Labels, Packaging Tape, Bubble Wrap, Fillers, and Paper.   All packages are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they are properly sealed.  Insurance for loss or damage is optional, but highly recommended. 

All International shipments require shipping insurance.  This safeguards your package against loss.  I will DECLARE the full value of the item(s) shipped.  All duties and VAT's are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please do not ask to have your item marked as a GIFT.   

Delivery confirmation is a service provided by the post office as a means to track your package in their system.  It is available for packages mailed within the US & Overseas with the exception of First Class International Mail.  This method is used for packages weighing less than 4lbs, but provides no tracking information. All packages sent via UPS are trackable.

Available shipping options (note: these are delivery estimates as provided by the post office and UPS and are not guarantees):

• First Class Mail - up to 13 oz. - delivery generally in 2 - 5 days
• First Class International - pkgs under 4 lbs - NO TRACKING INFO/INSURANCE REQUIRED - delivery days ??
• Parcel Post - over 16 oz - delivery generally in 5 - 10 days
• Priority Mail - any weight - delivery generally in 2 - 3 days
• Priority Mail International - any weight - TRACKABLE INFO - delivery 6 - 21 days
• Express Mail - any weight - delivery generally in 1 - 2 days
• Express Mail International - any weight - TRACKABLE INFO - delivery 3 - 21 days
• UPS Ground - 1 - 6 business days
• UPS 3 Day Select - delivery in 3 business days
• UPS 2 Day Select - delivery in 2 business days
• UPS Next Day - delivery the next business day

eBay only allows the choice of 3 shipping options.  I am happy to accommodate your needs if I can.  If you require a shipping option not available, please contact me prior to payment for a revised invoice.
