Information about the graphing calculator in the listing said all items were tested and guaranteed to work. When it arrived, 1/3 of the screen was blank so it was not working as described. When I initiated a return the seller offered me only about 1/3 of the purchase price as a refund. I declined and was sent a return label to get a full refund, so in the end it worked out but disappointed in how this went down.

The item was damaged (pins for recharging bent had to happen prior to shipping). I believe seller knew before hand. wouldn't reply to my messages asking if they had ones without damaged pins theywould like to sell... a very mehh seller.
