Below is the Standard Order Terms of Matsu Ladies. Please read thoroughly before placing an order.
Payment
- We accept PayPal only
- Payment is expected within 7 days upon confirmation of purchase
Shipping
- Shipping & Handling Charge: (refer to "Item Description" of each item)
- Item will be shipped by Registered Air Mail from Hong Kong Post Office within 48 hours upon payment is received
- Combined shipping discount is available. Buyers can send one combined payment for all items purchased in Matsu Ladies within 7 days. US$3.0 or GBP1.5 will be less for each additional item.
- Shipping usually takes 7 - 12 working days from the day of posting to most countries
Return Policy
- If you are dissatisfied with the product quality for whatever reason, refund of the product price will be returned in a condition that the product have not been opened or used. Initial & return shipping cost shall be bore by the buyer.
- Defective item shall be returned with original packing within 7 days upon receipt. Buyer shall be responsible for the return postal cost. Same item in good condition will be re-sent immediately upon receipt of the returned item OR the buyer can request for refund but the initial shipping & handling charge is non-refundable.
