A: All of the artworks displayed at our gallery are handmade and hand painted, each of the painting is been created by a specific artist.
Q: Are the artworks ready to hang?
A: All of the artworks - both Oil Paintings and Metal Artworks - arrive framed and ready to hang on the wall, directly to your address.
Q: I bid on an artwork and eBay told me the "reserve is not met". What is it?
A: Reserve price is a minimun bid price you must reach in order to win the auction. If the auction ends and the reserve price is not met, the highest bidder will not win.
How can you know the reserve price? the reserve price for each artwork is different, but you can a get clue by looking at other Buy It Now artworks in our store as all our artworks have the same price range.
Q: I want to purchase more than one artwork, can you provide a discount?
A: If you would like to purchase more than one artwork at the same time, we can provide you a discount on the overall cost. Please contact us for more information.
Q: Can you ship me the artwork if i'm located outside USA?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide to almost any country. Shipping to some countries might include additional fee. For more information about a specific country please contact us.
Q: Can you create a custom made painting?
A: Yes, Our artists can create a costumized paintings according to your request in two ways:
1. Choose a painting displayed in the store and change the dimensions or specific details in the painting.
2. Provide us a photo or an idea of what you us to paint, and we'll create for you.
