Is the item listed brand new or previously owned?
Unless otherwise stated, items are brand new overstocks or customer returns. Any defects will be stated in the description.
Do you ship to alternate addresses?
If paid through Paypal, the item must be shipped to the confirmed address.
NO exceptions. If paid by money order, we can ship anywhere requested.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Within the USA ~ PayPal ~ confirmed / verified only, money orders.
International purchases ~ must be paid through Paypal only.
We promptly reciprocate all received and exercise the right to CANCEL bids from non~feedback users or those who abuse the system.
Negative comments should ONLY occur when/if one of the parties is unwilling to work toward solving a problem.
Disliking a fabric or color is NOT reason for a negative. Poor customer service is. A buyer contacting a seller if unable to make payment is NOT reason for a neg; a buyer who does not contact or pay seller is.
Buyers posting negative/neutral comments about policies / procedures, or without first informing us of a concern, will have same rating reciprocated. We have encountered a
few customers in the past who abuse the feedback system by threatening to post us a
negative feedback if we didn't make exceptions for payment policies, etc. Please
be assured you will receive a well-deserved feedback after yours is left for us.

Your order will go out the next shipping day (Tuesday or Friday) after payment is received. Express shipping available upon request.
Within the USA ~ parcel post, first class or priority services via the USPS.
Overseas destinations ~ Airmail letter post or Global Priority.

Yes; you will immediately receive an automated email from Paypal. We send a follow-up notice within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. We try to respond to inquiries within 24 hours; emails sent during weekends and holidays are promptly answered the following business day. Please make sure your email address is correct and spam filter is set accordingly.
