Return Policy

 All our Items are guaranteed to be as listed. However if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase please email us at maxequations@maxequations.com within 10 days of receipt. After 10 days returns may be accepted however credit will be issued at current selling price if markdowns have been taken. Store credit or exchanges are only possible on any regular price listing. Return postage is the responsibility of buyer. Sales are final on any Sale/Clearance Listings (ending in $0.99)

SHIPPING

We ship using USPO Priority mail. Shipping is $7.00 and all items are shipped using Delivery Confirmation with purchases over $250 shipped with Signature Confirmations. Purchasing more then one garment?? Please let us know so we may combine shipping for you. Generally each additional item is $2.00 with the exception of heavier garments.

PAYMENTS

 We accept checks. money orders, Paypal and most major charges. Shipping on checks held 7 days. Want to charge your purchase?? If we do not have your information on file please call us with it. DO NOT EMAIL IT TO US !!  If credit card on file just let us know that you wish us to use it and we will do the rest.

As space here at Maxequations is usually at a premium we ask that you pay within 7 days of purchase. As we understand this may not always be possible all we ask is to be notified when to expect payment so we know where to store your garments.
