Do U.S. territories outside the Lower 48 States Qualify for FREE
SHIPPING?
Because items cannot be shipped to the outlying U.S. Territories via domestic ground
service, they do not qualify for Free Shipping (unless stated otherwise). These
destinations include the following:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- APO/FPO & Military
- Puerto Rico
NOTE: We will ship to U.S. Territories at a discounted rate or, when applicable, by
USPS Priority Mail. Call our customer support center for quotes and additional
information.
Which Shipping Company or Freight Carrier will be used?
The majority of orders are shipped out via FedEx and
must have a physical address provided. Max Tool reserves the right to use a
alternate freight carrier. Size and weight restrictions may require delivery
using a freight truck. It should also be noted some freight carriers will add
additional charges for special services (Lift gate service, residential delivery,
etc.). In such an instance, Max Tool covers only the posted shipping & handling rate per the item
listing and is not responsible for any additional fees charged by the carrier.
When will I receive my order?
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days following receipt and
confirmation of payment.
Delivery Times
FedEx ground shipping usually arrives within 5-7 business days. Truck shipments
with domestic freight carriers usually deliver shipment in 7-10 business days. USPS
deliveries usually take 3-5 days. Processing
and delivery times are not guaranteed.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING REQUESTS
We
will provide a discounted upgrade to express shipping for customers requesting expedited shipping on a FREE SHIPPING item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Max Tool has been shipping to most
International destinations for years. Although FREE SHIPPING
does not apply to
International orders, we do offer discounted shipping rates for all International
orders. All global customers are invited to our store and are encouraged to contact
our Customer Support Team for a shipping quote.
International Restrictions

DeWALT, Porter-Cable, Delta &
Oldham are for sale only to destinations in North America (Canada, Mexico &
the United States) and outlying U.S. Territories (APO/FPO & Military). They cannot
be sold worldwide.

Makita Power Tools can be
sold to both Domestic & International destinations less the United Kingdom.

Ingersoll-Rand, Chicago Pneumatic &
Bel Aire Industrial Air Compressors are simply too large and heavy and are limited
to Domestic sales as a result.

Any extra-large, bulky with significant
weight will be restricted to Domestic Ground Shipping unless otherwise stated.
International Duties and Taxes
The customer is solely responsible for all Duties
& Taxes (VAT, GST, Brokerage Fees, Customs).
Furthermore, it is incumbent upon the customer to contact customs or the appropriate
agency regarding additional charges as they are responsible for the item clearing customs
and reaching the scheduled destination. If an item is refused entry, the customer is
then responsible for all return shipping charges and will also be charged a 15% restocking
fee. Please contact your local government and shipping couriers for information
regarding these charges.
