& RETURN POLICY
Solar Store warrants that all products in each respective listing are
subject to its manufacturer's warranty period. All products provided
hereunder will conform to applicable specification when delivered and
shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for the warranty
period stated in each listing.
defective items please note buyers
must return before a replacement unit will be sent,
are responsible for sending the defective item back to us at their own
cost. All returns must be shipped with tracking
information and the item must be in original packaging with all
original accessories included.
Solar Store will not be liable for any direct, indirect or
consequential damages, losses, costs or expenses. At our own
determination, we will repair or replace product returned by customers.
For products where serial numbers are applicable, the information must
be clearly provided. The warranty belongs to the unique serial number
of the product.
repair/replacement within warranty period will generally be done FREE
of charge. Return shipping cost of the replacement/repaired unit will
be borne by us. Please note damage due to following causes is
excluded from warranty:
transportation and delivery
modifications, alterations or repair attempts,
installation, use or operation
with relevant safety standards or regulations
beyond the scope of safety standards
- Acts of
nature such as lighting, flood, fire, storm etc.
