Our shipping cost is calculated by weight of the entire order. All orders are typically shipped the next business day.  We ship our packages by either UPS Ground or Priority Mail through the postal service. Shipping methods may change according to destination, weight, size and cost.Please make sure that if you UPS address and your USPS address are different that you let us know through email.  

Returns

Medi-Vet Animal Health wants you to be completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return an item, please call us at (800) 668-9698, or send an email request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Return requests are accepted when received within 30 days of the Invoice date.  We hope you understand that our return policies are a simple way of continuing to offer our customers the lowest prices possible.

• Returns are accepted only within 30 days of of the Invoice date.  The initial and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

• All returns must have a RMA number.  No returns will be excepted without receiving prior return authorization.  Please write your RMA number on the outside of the return box and on a note with your name and phone number inside the box.  No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Merchandise must be in an undamaged and re-sellable condition, in its original packaging with no seals broken, and must include all manuals, blank warranty cards, and all the accessories provided by the manufacturer.  All returns will be inspected by our return specialist.  Partial and/or damaged returns will Not receive a full credit.  Items damaged during return shipping will receive Partial or No Credit at the discretion of Medi-Vet Animal Health.

• Shipping costs are refunded only when the return is the result of our error.

• Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of your return for inspection and for our accounting department to review the type of credit being issued.

Cancellations

We strive to process and ship your order out the next business day that it's ordered so that it is received in an expedited manner.  If you decide to cancel your order, please do so by calling our toll free number at (800) 668-9698 immediately.  We cannot guarantee an email cancellation will be read in time to stop an order from shipping. Orders ship at 4 p.m. central time each weekday.  Orders cancelled after they have already been processed and packaged ready for shipment are subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee.  By noon each day, the volume of packages on the loading dock may prohibit the retrieval of a cancelled order before it ships.  Once the order has shipped it becomes the customers responsibility to obtain an RMA number..

Refused Orders

Should you decide to refuse to accept a package upon delivery, credit will be issued for the order less shipping charges.  Once an order has shipped, it is considered a complete sale.  The return will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.  Credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected by our return specialist. 

Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Products

Please contact Medi-Vet within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery date with any damages, misshipments or shortages at 800-668-9698 for instructions in order to receive any replacements or credits to your order.
