MedicalRite's eBay Store Policies
Payment Information

We accept the following Payment options
through Paypal.com:

Upon
individualized requests we accept money
orders. Money orders will only be accepted
from U.S. customers with confirmed U.S.
addresses. Personal Checks are not accepted.

All Payments must be received within 7
business days following the end of the
auction or sale.

Payments not received within 7 business days
following the end of the auction/sale will
be automatically canceled and reported to
eBay and/or Paypal as “unpaid”.

When paying via Money Order please make sure
to include the Sale/Auction item number,
shipping address, and phone number. Money
orders which fail to meet these requirements
will be rejected.

In order to avoid counterfeiting, when
paying via money order, after the money
order is received, their will be a three day
hold period on all applicable orders.
Sales Tax
-
New York State customers pay 8.375% sales
tax.
-
Sales tax will not be charged to shipping
addresses located outside New York State.

If you are tax-exempt, please fax or email
your tax-exemption form. Please make sure to
reference the eBay order number or the
MedicalRite invoice number.

All tax exempt forms will be verified.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process
tax-exempt forms.
Shipping Policies

Our standard shipping method is via USPS
First-Class Mail. At our own discrepancy we
may upgrade the shipping to USPS Priority,
UPS Ground or any other common carrier.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 Business days
from date of payment receipt, unless
otherwise stated in the auction terms.

On rare occasions, items may be on backorder
for up to 3-7 business days. If the order is
on backorder for more then 7 business days
you will be notified via email.

Optional insurance is available at checkout.
We will not be liable for any damages, lost
packages and/or shipping errors. If you
would like to insure your order, please make
sure to do so during checkout.

Please make sure to review your ship-to
address listed on eBay during check-out.
Once the transaction is completed we are
unable to alter the ship-to address. We will
only ship to addresses that are marked as
the ship-to address on eBay.

Service transit time information is provided
by the carrier and excludes weekends and
holidays. Also note that transit times may
vary, particularly during peak periods.

Delivery status and/or tracking number(s)
will be provided automatically via email

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
International
Orders

To receive a quote on international
shipments, please contact the customer
service email at
support@medicalrite.com. Please be sure
to specify what you intend on purchasing,
the country where you would like the order
to ship to, and your eBay user ID.

All international orders require a valid
land-line phone number.

MedicalRite will not be liable to pay for
any Custom fees, Duty fees or Tariff fees.
It is the customer’s responsibility.

shipments is USPS International First-Class
Mail. At our own discrepancy, we may upgrade

lost, stolen or damaged items or orders
shipped internationally.

international orders.
Delivery
Time

Shipments within the contiguous 48 United
States typically arrive approximately 3-7
business days after payment was received. In
some domestic regions it may take up to 7-12
business days.

We do not supply an estimated shipping time
on international shipments.
Refunds & Returns

Items(s) must be returned within 7 business days
after receipt.

In order to return an item(s). Please contact
customer service or email
support@medicarite.com and request an RMA
number.

Only items with authorized RMA numbers will be
accepted for return.
·
Please make sure to write your RMA number on a slip
of paper and place it into the package you are
returning your item(s) with.
·
Refunds will be given as an exchange. Upon
individualized requests and our own discrepancy,
monetary refunds will be given.
·
All Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable.
·
Customers are responsible to pay for all costs
involved with returning the item(s) and/or
order(s).
