Paypal is our preferrable payment method. Payment is expected to be received within 7 days of auctions close. However, if you are bidding on multiple items, please submit your payment after your last item's auction has ended.

Return / Exchange Policy

All of our offers are backed by 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item to us in its original condition for a refund or an exchange.

We provide a 30 days return policy, calculated from the date we shipped the item to you.  Before mailing us back the item, please contact us so that we can provide you the detailed return & exchange instruction. 

Please note that shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.  We will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service. We recommend you to use a carrier service that provides a delivery confirmation number or tracking number.

Normally, we will ship your order within 2 business days after receipt of your cleared payment. Usually, your item will be received within 2 weeks after your payment. For any delay of shipping, you are welcome to contact us by using the ebay Q&A system or just send us email (info@mee.hk). 

We love to combine shipping for all purchases within a 7 day period. We offer a discount on the shipping fee for additional item. For bulk ordering or wholesale lot, please contact us for details in order to save shipping cost up to 50%.
