Custom made designs (including templates, logos, store designs and individual graphics) and OOAK design purchases are granted an exclusive usage license for the product contained in the package. Purchasers are bound to the terms of this license whether they have read it or not.
Terms of Use
Under this exclusive license you may:
• Make noncommercial use of any part of the product for your website, auctions or for print media.
• Create derivative works from any graphics created for the design.
You may not:
• Re-sell the graphics or html created by J. Mayhall to another party.
• Use the graphics or html provided in the design package to create derivative works with intent to sell.
All images become the property of the license holder though I retain the right to keep copies of any html and imagery associated with the product for use in my portfolio.
Any instruction documentation, tutorials or articals created by J. Mayhall are excluded from this license and may not be distributed or reproduced whole or in part.
All images and html remains the intellectual property of J. Mayhall and may not be used in any way other than stated without obtaining permission; this includes use on personal or commercial web pages and other auction sites.
Failure to comply with usage requirements and usage in violation with the terms of this license may be grounds for revocation of the license, at which time you will be asked to discontinue use of the product.
