| A:Orders weight not exceeding 4.40 lbs (2 kg) will be shipped by registered surface mail via the Turkish Postal Service (PTT) with tracking number. This shipping type is for pillow covers and small pieces only. Oversized or overweight orders will be shipped by DHL, FedEx, TNT or Truck Shipping, Upon request. |

| A:Yes. For multiple items, we charge 50% of the shipping fee for each additional item. The heaviest item's fee is fully charged. If your order weight exceed 4.40 lbs(2 kg) the order will be send in multiple packages because for the package which exceed 4.40 lbs(2 kg) the shipping rates are expensive for the pillow covers. |
| Q:How long will it take to get my item(s)? |

| A:Delivery to USA usually takes 15-25 working days. Occasionally, some packages could take up additional 5-10 days to deliver. International mail usually takes 10-20 working days. But can sometimes take longer for reasons which we have no control over. It depends on customs clearance time. Please don't include weekends, holidays in your calculations. |
| Q:What methods of payment do you accept? |

| A:We use PayPal for payment processing, and accept all PayPal payment types, including eCheck. Please use the "Pay Now" button from the last item you won in order to access your most recent invoice and complete payment. |
| Q:Can I return an item if there is a problem? |

| A:If the item you receive is not as advertised, pictured or wrong we accept returns. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition. When we receive your return package in the mail, you will get your full refund in 7 business days. You will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item to us. |
| Q:Why haven't you replied to my email? |

| A:We reply to all emails within 24 business hours. All emails received on Saturday and Sunday will be answered on Monday. If you didn't receive response, either we didn't get your initial email or our reply was blocked by your spam filter software. |
| Q:How long after the auction closes do I have to send payment? |

| A:We kindly request that payment be made within 7 days of auction end/Buy It Now date. You must complete checkout to avoid payment reminders. |
| Q:How do I receive combined shipping discount? |

| A:To receive combined shipping discount, you must complete checkout and make ONE payment for all of your auctions. Our system will automatically combine your item as auction closes and send out checkout instruction emails. Upon checkout, our system will calculate combined shipping discount for all of your items. |
| Q:Do you offer fast shipping? |

| A:Yes! We prefer DHL Express for fast, reliable delivery that includes tracking. Delivery is 2-4 working days after handling time. Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the items ordered and destination they will be sent to. |
| Q:What is the condition of the item? |

| A:We only sell first quality products. We are very meticulous about our items. Each item will be tested before dispatch to make sure no damage, or no defective parts. We do guarantee that the items you receive will look as good as or better than the stock photo used. The condition is included in the description of each item listed on eBay. |
| Q:Who pays for duties and customs fees? |

| A:The buyer is liable for payment of any country import tax/duty, VAT, GST at the time of entry into the country of destination. We make every effort to reduce the chance of Duties and Sales Taxes being charged by Customs Agencies. |

| A:We leave feedback for you once you leave positive feedback for us, which lets us know you have safely received your parcel, and are happy with everything. If you have any issues with your purchase of service, please contact us directly in the first instance before leaving feedback and we will do our level best to rectify the matter. |
| Q:I want to add an item to my order? Can you add the item to my invoice? |

| A:If you would like additional items, you will need to bid and win those items from your eBay account. eBay will not allow us as a seller to simply add items or quantities to your invoice. They require the buyer to bid and win each auction(s) under their User ID. We will be happy to combine all your items for shipping once you have won all items. |
| Q:I want to order more items but have already completed paid for my previous items? |

| A:Once Checkout has been completed and payment has been completed, we can no longer add more items to your order. Please make sure that you do not pay for any items won until all your items have ended with you as the winning bidder. At that time, you can request an invoice from us through Checkout or complete Checkout through the last item you won. |

| Q:When will you ship my item? |

| A:Item will be shipped in 3 business days after payment clears. Your item will be shipped on Monday when payment clears on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please note eCheck will take 7-10 days to clear. |
