  • I try to describe each item as accurately as I can.
    
  • I show a picture of each item I sell.
    
  • I do not use stock photos.
    
  • I will take additional pictures and send them to you, if requested.
    
  • I am human and do make mistakes. It is never intentional but sometimes I do rush or get distracted and sometimes items are damaged while sitting on the shelf. I fix the ad as soon as I catch the mistake.
    
  • Before shipping each item, I verify the description is accurate. Although it is rare, if it is different, I contact the buyer. I give them a chance to cancel the transaction and/or give accept a discount.
