Thank you loyal eBay customers for your kind emails regarding the unfair feedback left for me last Christmas, (now on page 18 of my feedback)
Step By Step of Original Art
Below are just a few examples of "step by step" documentations for my little paintings. Each new original ACEO that I paint is photographed at various stages of creation and posted to my blog (you can find the link to my blog from my AboutMe page). I know my collectors appreciate this process...enjoy!
Here I have done an ink drawing of the Raccoon in Sepia India ink with a technical pen. I also used an ink wash on the background. (Remember, the original is 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches)
Here I have begun to layer in colored pencil, burnishing (a technique of rubbing the colored pencil to blend it) as I go. (Remember, the original is 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches)
More layers of colored pencil. (Remember, the original is 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches)
Finished painting. I scratch through some layers of pencil to highlight white hairs and I also sometimes add white Acrylic to strengthen the piece
Here is a linkto a whole series of step by steps of my original ACEOs Also a linkto slide shows of works in progress. Plus stay tuned to my blog (you can find the link for my blog from my AboutMe page) for new originals, (my originals will no longer be sold by me on eBay)
