The mug was broken in transit, even though it was packed very well with lots of bubble wrap and paper. The USPS box it was packed in had a good sized "dent" on one side so it was obvious that it encountered some rough times during shipping. I was very sad because it was in perfect condition...what a waste! The seller was as bummed as I was and she responded with an immediate refund of both the mug and the shipping. I would definitely buy from this seller in the future!
