 | A: Fedex will automatically generate a tracking number to be sent to the email address listed on your ebay account. If for some reason you do not receive tracking information, feel free to email us and we will send that right out to you. |

 | A: We do combine shipping only when we can safely package items together, while insuring that your order is received in great condition. |

 | Q: Can you ship to alternate addresses other than my billing address? |

 | A: For Domestic customers paying by credit card, we can ship to alternate addressed provided that we are able to verify the billing address listed on your credit card.

 | A: Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery in the original packaging and shipping charges for returns are typically paid for by the Customer. |
