 | A: Customers unhappy with their item can return the item for a full refund. Contact me first so that I understand what is going on with your item. From tie to time returns are not required. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Combined shipping is offered to reduce your total cost of purchase. The shipping table will provide you with the detailed shipping costs you will incur. I combine shipping and send combined invoices approximately every 3 days, which allows customers to buy additional items they might find. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: You will receive an e-mail stating that your item has shipped. You should be able to expect it on average 3 to 5 days after that date. However please understand once it has shipped I have no control over additional delays that might occur, especially with customs on international shipments. |

 | A: I ship close to 1/3 of my items internationally and love my international customers, having shipped to over 70 foreign countries and counting. |
