| A:All items are provided with a 14 day money back guarantee (if unopened and excludes postal charges). If an item is found to be faulty you may return it for refund or replacement within 14 days. Please contact us first to receive a postage free reply paid address for returns. |

| A:Postage is charged on the highest postal rate item and then all additional items in the same order are only $2 each for Australia buyers. To get your postage discount you must use the 'Pay Now' button to checkout and the system will automatically combine your orders. |

| A:Orders are processed 3-4 business days from when we receive your payment - check your inbox to see whether you have received an 'order shipped' email - Allow for the time frame specified in the order shipped email - Check with your post office in case the order had to be signed for and no one was home. |

| A:Yes, as long as the manufacturer has sealed their product. Sometimes we may need to unseal an item to quality check where the product has become loose in the case, but all items are guaranteed brand new. |

| Q:Is everything you have listed in stock? |

| A:Everything we list is in stock at the time it is listed, but as we also sell on other eBay sites, our own website and other auction sites it may happen that an item you have purchased is temporarily out of stock. If so you have the choice of waiting or cancelling the order and receiving a refund. We receive new stock daily. |
