SHIPPING
"When will my item ship?"
Most items are shipped off within 1 business day Mon - Fri. Sometimes by the 2nd business day, if it cannot be shipped by the 1st business day we will contact and inform you about the delay.

"How long will it take for my item to get here?"
We do not guarantee deliver-by times because we are unable to control the shipping service once the item has been shipped. Many factors affect the delivery time like shipping service, distance, customs office, natural disasters etc etc. For more information please visit USPS or FedEx Home Delivery

"Will you ship to a different address?"
We will only ship to the address provided on your Paypal account at the time of purchase. However, you can add a gift address to your paypal account. This is much easier for everyone - you can keep your current address and continue with other purchases without a problem. This helps reduce confusion and delay.

To add a gift address onto Paypal:
  • Login to your Paypal account
  • At the top of the page, go to "Profile" and click on "Add or Edit Street Address"
  • On the bottom left side of that page click "Add Address"
  • Under recipient select "Add a gift address"
  • Enter the appropriate information and click "Save"
  • Voila! You are now ready to purchase and have your order sent to a different address.

Will you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, other US Territories or PO Boxes?
We will ship to the above locations only if the shipping service is USPS or if the description says so. FedEx shipments CANNOT be shipped to the above locations and not to PO Boxes including APO or FPO Boxes. Please make any necessary address changes on your Paypal account before purchasing. Do you ship international?
Sometimes to Canada. International buyers: are responsible for all customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes as subject to their country's regulations. These may or may not be charged upon delivery (usually as "Postage Due"). Please keep in mind that international shipping may be delayed in customs or may seem delayed because of transit times etc. If for any reason the package is refused at the point of delivery, buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any return costs incurred - these will not be refunded.

Where is my item?
Please check your email. You should receive an email from eBay and Paypal and possibly FedEx which will contain the shipping information. Shipping information will also be available through your Paypal account. USPS information is automatically integrated through your eBay Order Details page. FedEx tracking numbers will need to be copied and pasted into the FedEx website to view the tracking information. The same is true for international shipments on the USPS website.

My item was damaged during shipping, what do I do?
Some items may be shipped with shipping insurance. If so, we ask that you please contact us within 2 business days after receiving. You will need to retain the item as it is and the packaging materials for the insurance investigator. In these matters, your cooperation is required in order to receive a refund - pending the outcome of the investigation. Failure to do so, on an item shipped with insurance, forfeits our return for refund policy. For damaged items shipped without insurance, Please contact us within at least 2 business days after receiving. In either case, no refunds will be given without returning the item.

Holidays?
USPS Holidays It is not uncommon for the Post Office to be closed the day before and after a major holiday.
FedEx Holidays

Please keep in mind, there may be shipping delays with shipping carriers during the Holiday season because of the high volume of packages. If time is essential, make sure you are purchasing well in advance. Your items will still ship off within 1-2 business days, but we cannot control any delays that USPS or FedEx experience.

Immediate payment is required on Buy It Now Listings.
Auction style or Best Offer listings: Payment is expected within 2 business days after winning bid.


DSR's and Feedback

eBay is constantly holding sellers to a higher standard. Currently a 1 or 2 star rating when you leave feedback can get a seller restricted from eBay. Since October 2009, a seller who receives a 1 or 2 star rating from more than 1 out of 100 transactions, can and will be disciplined by eBay. Confusing? Basically, by giving a 1 or 2 star rating when you leave feedback could permanently prevent a seller from ever selling on eBay again.

While eBay is actively enforcing the new requirements, they are still upholding all sellers to the old requirements (average DSR's, amount of negatives and neutrals, policy compliance etc) which are also becoming stricter. Along with the new changes, eBay provides sellers with a tool which immediately allows them to see when a 1 or 2 star rating has been left.

We strive for excellence regardless of eBay's requirements and every 5 star rating will help us stay in business and is greatly appreciated.


Refunds and Returns
  • NO Refunds On:
    • Personal care items
    • Products labeled by the FDA as "Single Use Only"
    • Software or PC Games
    • Any digital product that comes with a unique user code, registration code, access code or specifications that when used renders the product useless to any other user.
    • Any item that, once used, otherwise renders the product useless.
  • If for any reason the buyer is not satisfied with the item received, we will refund the price of the item only.
  • Refunds will only be given upon return receipt of the item.
  • Buyer will receive only a partial refund of the purchase price on items with free shipping.
  • The buyer is responsible for original shipping costs and return shipping costs with insurance unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Item(s) must be returned in order to receive ANY refund.

  • New Items:
    • Item must be returned in the same condition as received.
    • New items must be returned unopened and unused, still sealed, with all tags, identifying labels and manufacturer packaging.
    • Return shipping must be insured to cover the cost of the item.
    • For certain claims, buyers may need to retain packaging for USPS or FedEx investigators.
