Item arrived broken. Was a very fragile item, but I don’t believe it was the shippers fault. Items looked to be packaged properly but during transit but they must have been handled harshly. I purchased 2 items which were packaged/shipped together, one arrived intact the other was destroyed. Took immediate photos and contacted seller who quickly responded and issued me a total refund for the broken item. Although heartbroken, I am very thankful for the refund. Thank you Micro-star.
