Attention Fellow eBayers: EVERY SINGLE one of the other so-called MicroDermabrasion Cloth Sellers auctions are 100% Bullcrap - cut from whole cloth, if you'll pardon the pun. 100% !!! All they've done is buy a cloth from me, illegaly xerox my instructions, staple my COPYRIGHTED instructions to ANY (and I do mean ANY!) household microfibre cloth available from Wal-Mart ($1.69), Auto Supply Shops ($1.49) or one of the many microfibre websites ($1.19). Please note that these 80/20 cloths (80% polyester, 20% polyamide) or 100% microfibre, are NOT recommended for use on human skin . Go check the label on your $12.95 so-called MicroDermabrasion cloth from a bootleg seller. It's a cheapo household or car-detailing rag with a 1200% greedy mark-up !!! And novice eBayers are snapping them up like there's no tomorrow! These sellers are each making $40,000 - $70,000 a year infringing on MY 2001 copyright. And if that's not illegal enough to get your attention, try this on: One of the most blatant thiefs and successful sellers then slaps his own copyright on my copyrighted material. For example the phrase, "Vigorous scrub treatmnents should not be administered more than once every 7-10 days," is a sure sign that the phony cloth seller is selling a household rag. And look, there's a NEW copyright pasted over my 2001 copyright. That is beyond illegal. That's INSANE! What do the fast-buck bootleg sellers think, that this stuff, and my priceless instructions, wrote itself? No,  it did not. It took me a Bachelor Of Journalism degree, decades of writing for popular culture newsstand publications, years of research on the MicroDermabrasion Cloth, and two solid years of trial-and-error auctions on eBay to get the product to where it is now - the hottest-selling on-line skin care product in the world!!! I don't appreciate people with no morals and no respect for U.S. Copyright Laws stepping in when all the ground-breaking research is done, and stealing my ideas, my copyright and my intellectual property - and then living high on the hog. One of the other bootleggers, a particularly ruthless and clueless seller, has just cut and pasted my copyrighted material haphazardly, with little regard for content, so that their stolen phrase reads; "A vigorous scrub treatments should not be administered more than once every 7-10 days." They have no idea what they are copying. They don't understand what MicroDermabrasion really is, they have no idea what the different types of microfibre are - nor do they care. They only have one mantra: COPY STAN - MAKE MONEY....COPY STAN...MAKE MONEY. In fact the ruthless and clueless seller has been kicked off eBay many times for claiming their cloths were Dermal Grade when they were in fact cloths from the 99-Cent Only stores in California !!! Wait it gets better. After getting KICKED off eBay SEVERAL TIMES for using the trademarked term DERMAL GRADE (thank you VERO!) they came back on eBay with stickers that said IMPROVED DERMAL GRADE. Are you catching my drift yet? Ruthless!!! You can see today where they cut the homemade label in half and just left the "Improved" part. Even though this is strictly illegal and morally reprehensible, this particular bootleg seller does not think they are doing anything wrong. Do you see what I'm talking about ? Clueless !!! There are now at least 20 people making a FULL-TIME living on eBay with just one product - a 12" non-dermal grade 80/20 microfibre rag with a copy of my copyrighted instructions. (I am counting eBay UK, eBay Australia etc.) This has been going on for 5 YEARS !!! The bigger bootleggers have built up whole STORES and EMPIRES on eBay - ALL ILLEGALY on the back of my amazing invention, selling now a whole array of housecleaning cloths available on ANY microfibre website, for ONE-SIXTH THE PRICE. And you people can't hit the Buy It Now button fast enough! One more thing. These plagiarism bootleggers must try and skirt US copyright laws, so they change my ORIGINAL brilliant instructions. Somewhere along the way, one of these bottom-feeders added the direction to rub your face in a circular motion with the cloth - and all the other money-grubbing bootleggers followed suit. That is incorrect to the point of being dangerous. I don't know about you, but I would feel pretty stupid if I popped for a $12.95 bid, and ended up rubbing a 99-Cent-Only microfibre rag on my precious skin in circular motions. It's CRAZY to rub a common household cloth on your skin in circles....UNLESS you have RUST on your face. You rub a Dermal Grade cloth in short back-and-forth strokes!!! They also omit really crucial things like Don't Use On Dermatitis and Be sure to apply a sunscreen of at least 15 before going outdoors between treatmnents. Look guys, if you're going to steal - just steal. Don't try and get creative !!! It never bothered me very much before, but now it's getting ridiculous.One of the sellers is now claiming the cloths works for CELLULITE. It does not, and cannot do any good for cellulite. My well-documented research shows that massaging the area with a damp cotton rag will do more good for cellulite than any microfibre rag (unless you have RUST growing on your cellulite.) But these sellers will say anything, plagiarise anything and steal anything to make a fast buck on eBay. Some of the creative bootleggers even recommend using their cloth for crow's feet. You don't have to be a doctor to realize that rubbing a microfibre too close to the eye socket can EASILY blind you. That does not sound like a good concept to me - spend $12.95 and go blind. These cocky bootleg cloth sellers even belittle me in their 100% made-up auction copy. In fact, if it weren't for me and my tireless hard work, ALL these shady characters would have NO BUSINESS. See their "Other Auctions." ALL their auctions are illegal rip-offs of my trademarked MicroDermabrasion At Home system, invented by ME ME ME in 1999, and introduced exclusively by me to eBay in 2001. Yet, miraculously, these scofflaws suddenly have been selling MicroDermabrasion Cloths to the World-Famous Spas of the world, claim the MicroDermabrasion cloth was invented 12 years ago, and claim they are selling the "Truly, Truely, Trully, Very Very Best Best Best Best MicroDermabrasion Cloth In The World," and "This Is THE Famous Microdermabrasion Cloth from Europe." What a load of malarky - and I mean that in a nice way. Are you still not convinced that I speak only the truth ? I have the proof. Are you ready to make $500 cash? Then read on. I will put $500 in your Paypal account tonight, if you can show me any reference to a MicroDermabrasion Cloth or MicroDermabrasion Sponge prior to my 2001-2005 auctions. $500 tonight - I'm serious. But you know what? I have the feeling that $500 is going to stay there (losing interest) because the MicroDermabrasion Cloth and MicroDermabrasion Sponge are MY BABIES !!!. Unfortunately for all of eBay, I was not able to patent, trademark, or even copyright the phrase "MicroDermabrasion Cloth," because legally, it's too descriptive.("Microdermabrasion" is in the dictionary, so is "Cloth." You cannot obtain a trademark or copyright for two words that appear in the dictionary.) It's a tiny legal loophole that the unscrupulous sellers use to suck MILLIONS OF HARD-EARNED DOLLARS out of eBayers pockets.Anyone is allowed to call ANY cloth a MicroDermabrasion Cloth. Likewise, I will make you $500 richer if you can provide proof that ONE IOTA, one speck of truth, that ANYTHING they claim in their copycat auctions is true.(Except for my stolen copywritten material and the actual eBay feedback file quotes.) Every single claim, every single "fact" and every single expert opinion, is completely fabricated. Likewise they have run the same flashy-but-untrue HTML unchanged since ordering a cloth from me and stealing my copyright. They are afraid to even go in there and remove my copyrighted phrases, even though I repeatedly point out their unlawful copyright infringement. Come on bootleggers, here's your chance to steal another $500 from me and eBay - show me ANY proof that you have EVER sold EVEN ONE CLOTH to a famous, or not-so-famous SPA. 100% BULLCRAP - and eBayers are eating it up. Which brings me to the crux of my unrest: I first started selling towels in 1984 when my fabric-inventor Dad offered me 250,000 over-quota smallish terry towels FOR FREE, if I agreed to sell them store-to-store. What a bummer! But I did it, paid my dues. 16 years later, my Dad found the DermaL Grade brand of towels, which were sold as make-up removing cloths. Their incredible exfoliating and acne-busting properties had not even been discovered yet ! My genius was in combining these new cloths with my copywritten instructions and coining the phrase MicroDermabrasion Cloth. After putting my blood, sweat and tears into developing these miraculous cloths, and selling 200,000 on eBay, I am now in the unfortunate position of being 53-years-old, and forced to live in a one-bedroom apartment in Los Angeles...with no car! Can you imagine what it's like to live in LA without a car? Every day I have to take a Taxi to the post office and walk home, just to mail the eBay items. My life savings and eBay profits have been eaten up by lawyers fees, to try and stop the rampant world-wide stealing of my trademark and copyright. (Look up MicroDermabrasion Cloth on Google - over 5,200 people have stolen my idea and are illegally copying me word for word.) As well, I provide LEGITIMATE skin-care products, with a research and development team, and am constantly coming out with new products. I also invented the MicroDermabrasion Sponge (2002), MicroDermabrasion Mitts (2003), the two-sided MicroDermabrasion At Home products (2004), and a trademarked process called ISODERMABRASION (2001), which is superior to MicroDermabrasion. These NEW improved Dermal Grade cloths swim rings around the competition. -All for nought, because as long as gullible suckers keep buying the BOOTLEG garbage cloths for $12.95 PLUS SHIPPING, no lawyer in the world can help me. Every one of these morally bankrupt MicroDermabrasion entrepreneurs is making more money than me - I'm deadly serious. How can that be ? I sell a unique product that I invented and perfected over many years of hard work, for $5 (in my two-for-one auctions) but many more bidders are paying $12.95 for an inferior product that should not even be used for human skin. I guess a lot of dupes are attracted to the shiny HTML, even though it is an execrise in VERY creative writing. But Stan, you ask, how come these so-called phony cloth sellers have a better feedback rating than you? One reason, my shipping is slower than most. That's because I naively believe in my MicroDermabrasion Cloth, so I keep inventing new and better products, have to meet with my lawyers regularly, and thanks to the dozens of eBay Vulture/Sellers who are bleeding me dry, I cannot afford to hire decent help or....(cue the violins) even a USED car. Meanwhile, the bottom-feeding copycat cloth sellers are POCKETING $40,000 to $70,000 each PROFIT a year. I still cannot believe they have the nerve to charge $12.95 PLUS SHIPPING for each Wal-Mart rag. When I first put the Microdermabrasion Cloth on eBay in 2001, the very first ones, the Buy It Now feature had just been introduced, and was not very popular. I put up two cloths for auction, and they were bid up to $42 and $48 respectively. I was pleased, of course, but more than anything I was embarrassed to sell a washcloth - no matter how effective - for 40 bucks. I sent the winning bidders 4 cloths each. I decided right away that I would never charge more than $10 for a MicroDermabrasion Cloth, so that everyone could afford one. It must be difficult for the outrageously greedy bootleggers to NOT raise the price of their car-detailing crapola rags. Any benefits seen from their lame cloths are strictly due to the fact that they are stealing my copyrighted instructions - which are so good that you could use them with a Brawny Paper Towel, and your face will show some improvement. But if you want the best results, the kind people are RAVING about in my feedback file, you need to apply these simple steps to the product they were designed for. How I long to trade places with ANY of these bootleggers. What a life - you steal someone else's material, and build up a 5-figure business in a few years illegally on the backs of my legitimate time-tested and doctor-approved miracle products. All some of these crooks have to do is sit there with a big bag of 12-inch rags from the 99-Cent-Only store, happily stapling on xeroxes of my instructions. No experience needed. You just have to be dishonest. Believe me, if I were selling a worthless microfibre rag for $12.95 PLUS SHIPPING, I would ship those things out real fast - if you know what I mean. Okay, here's the proof: Every one of these bootleggers merely bought a cloth from me through eBay, then 20-25 days later (it's a pattern) flooded eBay as a MicroDermabrasion Expert with hundreds of made-up, conflicting stories. The reason I can prove it? Thank goodness for the feedback file. The feedback files stay around forever. Pick a bootleg seller, any bootleg seller. Go back to the begining of their feedback file history, and you will (guaranteed) find my return feedback after they bought a cloth from me and left me glowing feedback. Then, mark my word, THEIR World-Famous MicroDermabrasion Cloth, a dollar rag with my instructions, now claiming that they have been in the MicroDermabrasion Cloth business for years. You know what I say to that ? I say a resounding "Eat My Shorts Buddy." It would be funny, if the ruthless and clueless carbon-copy thieves hadn't cost me my life savings, my car, and my chance to own my own home. I'm sick of it, and I will soon have to give up MY MicroDermabrasion Business to the heartless, thieving and -most of all - ILLEGAL bootleg sellers that come out of EBAY'S WOODWORK ALMOST EVERY DAY. You just have to check their feedback file to trace their illicit business. Again, it's really easy to do, usually on the first page of their files. Most of them joined eBay for one reason - to illegally copy my runaway success story. If you're having trouble finding this proof, let me know and I'll help you out. Some of these bootleggers are shady "beyond belief" and tricky. Some have TWO differtent eBay seller's names. I now understand why -any seller with a questionable or bootleg product is wise to keep two separate seller's accounts. A "back-up" seller ID with a few hundred feedbacks because they know how illegal their practices are, and they know they will be kicked off AGAIN. They want no interuption in their "cash cow." So I can help you out with that. I know where every single cloth goes, and I know where every single bootleg cloth comes from. The abundance of bootleg microdermabrasion cloths on eBay, common microfibre cloths being passed-off as skin-care products, is the biggest scam on eBay today - and the shame of the Health & Beauty category. So I guess I'll just go quietly into the sunset, and you won't have Thankyoustan to rip-off anymore - which is bad for ebayers, because I won't be able to develop any more of the fantastic new products I have slated for eBay. Then you guys can continue scarfing down those dreadful and illegal bootleg rags by the handfull - but who knows how much these bottom-feeders will charge for a Wal-Mart kitchen cloth when I'm gone?
