When will my order ship?
In-stock items are usually shipped within twenty-four hours. Orders paid for by check or money order will be pending until payment has cleared so generally shipping takes 10 to 15 days.

When will my order arrive?
In-stock order is delivered within approximately seven to ten business days (M-F). Street address required.

How are shipping and handling charges determined?
Shipping charges are applied based on the merchandise total price shipped to a single address. If an order is shipped in multiple packages or a back-ordered item is shipped at a later date, there are no additional shipping charges.

Where is my tracking information?
Insha'Allah when you place an order and it is shipped we send you an email with your tracking number and a link where you can check the status of your order.

International Shipping
We ship internationally worldwide via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Price posted in a listing are for single items in a flat rate package. We cannot provide you with an international tracking number because it is too expensive to send Global Express. If you insist on a tracking number, you will need to pay the extra cost for Global Express shipping. Buyer is responsible for customs fees and to follow up with the customs deparment about your package. We will provide you with a customs form number.
