Communication with Midwest was excellent. Delivery of HP3015 printer was extremely fast, 5 days from date of order. Packed securely. I requested that they add a lpt port for me and that was done. Printer is like new and works perfectly, not one scratch or mark on it. Secretary is very happy as this printer replaced an old HP2300.This is my 3rd purchase from them. I would recommend Midwest Dynamics very highly to anyone who needs a dependable printer. Planning on buying another one.
