I will be away on vacation from November 11 until November 18th.

I will ship all orders placed on November 10th on the 11th, all other orders will be shipped on November 19th.

I will be sending all of my customers who have access to high speed internet at home or work links to retrieve their manuals electronically within 1-2 days after you pay to tide you over until your manual arrives in the mail.

Some customers with Comcast, rr.com & AOL email accounts may have the links blocked as spam or may end up in your junk mail or spam folder.
