Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, return it for a refund or credit for the price of the item, not including shipping. We charge a $10 Restocking fee on All Returned Shoes. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days. Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service for a Return Authorization. Include the RA number, original packing slip and the reason for the return in the box so we can handle your return quicker.

Defective Merchandise
If the product is defective upon arrival, contact us immediately! We will give you a complete refund or replacement at No Charge once the item is returned.

Item Condition:
Nothing in this world is Perfect. We do our best to list our product with accurate descriptions. We ship some items that have been touched or out of their original package. If there is a small issue, let it be. If you have a major issue, let us know.

Within the US We ship Monday through Saturday. Your product is shipped the same or next shipping day from receipt of payment. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which is usually a 1-3 day delivery or UPS. Packaging may be reduced to save on shipping weight. No Combined Shipping on Multiple 99cent Auctions. International NO "gift" declaration or Under Value on customs forms for international shipments. Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, or any other fees upon arrival. . Email us for a shipping quote. Please include the following:
