Returns: I will refund the purchase price if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Shipping & handling cost will NOT be refunded. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping cost which must include insurance. NOTE: You may be charged a 10% restocking fee. You must contact me within 3 days of receiving the item before any refund will be considered and before the return shipment occurs. In which case the item or items must be returned in the same condition and the same packaging in which they were shipped. All register grates, grilles, fireplace mantles, summer fronts, inserts and andirons along with all bells do not qualify for a refund. Thank you
