I use USPS and Fedex Ground for shipping. An auto email will be sent with tracking info (check your junk mail if you don't receive one within 3 days) from ebay/paypal or Fedex. I am in Florida so please allow for extended transit time if you are on the west coast or request upgraded shipping.
