Q:Do you combine shipping?

A:Yes! For all our listings (excluding sets of books and auctioned lots) standard shipping is regular price for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item. Unfortunately we combine shipping but our software doesn't, so we give a PayPal refund after your purchase. If you want to order many items, contact us and we'll talk.

Q:What is your return policy?

A:If we ship you something and it's damaged or doesn't work, e-mail us and we'll make it right. If you end up not needing the item, you got it somewhere else, etc. you can return it and we'll refund the cost minus shipping.

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?

A:We ship five days a week; most items go out within 24 hours on the weekdays. Please do bear in mind that while we can quickly get your item to the post office, it's up to the post office to quickly get it to you! We provide USPS delivery confirmation on all packages shipped to US and US territory addresses.

Q:Do you ship internationally?

A:For most of our items we do offer international shipping. Some items are too heavy to ship internationally. Please contact us if you have questions. Check our listings for international shipping costs.

Q:I want to make you an offer on an item.

A:E-mail us an offer and we'll talk. There are several factors that we use when considering whether to price-adjust an item (including your offer, of course.)

Q:I want you to send me a picture of an item.

A:Please e-mail and give us the item title and eBay number. Bear in mind that we only have so much time to do photographs in between the inventory listing and management we have to do, so please don't ask us to send you a photo of a $1 book.
